Consultations are 60 minutes and online. Together we will review:
Current symptom picture and medical history
Lifestyle, nourishment and natural therapeutics
Dispensing of bespoke herbal remedies
Brief astrological overview: theme of your current cycle

Consultations are exclusively online, unless an in-person call out visit is requested, this depends on the distance. Please reach out for more info.
Follow-up Consultations
Follow-up consultations are typically 60 minutes and built around your individual needs. This time is dedicated to the development of your overall health and wellbeing, to identify and integrate the shifts and changes as they come up for you, at your own pace. There might also be call for ritual, looking to the astrological birth chart for timely teachers or adjusting of herbal formulations. This is guided by your needs on the day.
These sessions can also be used for intuitive astrological guidance: gifts, potentials, seasons in life’s cycles (planetary transits) and physiological needs informed by your unique constitution. There may also be a specific plant teacher you are called to work with through your chart.
Herbal Remedies
Herbs are tailor made based on your individual needs – where they come into the process (if at all) is dependent on each unique journey. Herbs will be posted out to you, or are available to collect in Westport.
For existing clients, refills do not require a follow up consultation. However, if more than 8 weeks have passed since the previous consultation, a 30 minute online check-in call is required to ensure the formula is still suitable as your health picture develops.
The Plant Path (3 months)
Beginning your journey on the herbal path is a commitment, with the path slowly being revealed over 3 sequential sessions. The initial consultation is our baseline, where practical information is collected and intentions for change are crafted together. The following two sessions are one month apart, and support the integration process which is activated by the herbs. In these sessions we go beyond symptoms and discuss the roots, guided by your felt experience, the position and movement of planets (astrology) and what intuitively arises within the sessions. * Herbal Tinctures are alcohol-based extracts.
Community Space
The first Tuesday of every month I offer a free consultation slot. This space is to support my community and remove the financial burden that comes between you and the care you need. There is no explanation needed, if you need this space, please book in. The only cost to you will be any herbs you choose to order that day.
