A deeply nourishing evening of yin yoga to reset the nervous system. Beginners welcome.

Yin is a slow and intentional practice that mostly takes place in seated poses (on the mat) and is suitable for everyone. In a 60 minute class we will work with the breath, stretch deeply and unwind from the day.
